The primary bedroom is a true retreat, offering a king bed, direct Gulf views, and private balcony access. The ensuite bathroom provides privacy, making this a luxurious escape.

The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, while the second guest bedroom has two full beds, ensuring plenty of sleeping space for all. These guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tub-shower combination, providing convenient access for all guests.

For added convenience, Romar House 205A comes equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, so you can easily keep up with laundry during your stay. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

Romar House invites guests to return year after year with its beautiful manicured landscaping, tall palm trees, and secure gated entrance. Amenities include outdoor pools, a swim-up covered gazebo, BBQ area, and tennis courts for plenty of recreation options.

Two parking passes are provided per reservation, with one designated parking spot in the covered area. Two parking passes are provided per reservation, costing $120.00 for both passes. The cost is set by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Trailers, boats, jet skis, and campers are not permitted at Romar House. Additional parking must be arranged off-site.
