The living room is designed for comfort, with plush seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights or just relaxing after a day in the sun. From here, you can step out onto your private balcony, where you'll be treated to spectacular views of the Gulf. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a cool drink in the afternoon, the balcony is the perfect place to soak in the serene beauty of the coast.

The main bedroom is a peaceful retreat, featuring a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is well-appointed with double sinks, granite countertops, a separate shower, and a luxurious jetted tub—everything you need for a little extra pampering. The two guest bedrooms each feature queen beds and share access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest.

For your convenience, the condo also includes a washer and dryer, so you can keep your beach towels and swimsuits fresh throughout your stay.

Seachase offers a variety of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. *Minimum age of 25 years is required to reserve, and the guest must be present for the entire stay. Proof of age is required.
*A signed rental agreement is mandatory.

*This is a non-smoking property, including the interior, balconies, and all premises.

Parking: Guests will receive two parking passes upon arrival at the Guard Shack. The cost for both passes is $150.00, and you will need to provide your name and condo number to security to obtain them. Please note that the cost of parking passes is determined by the HOA and may change without notice.
Additional parking for vehicles, trailers, and other equipment can be arranged off-site.
