David Stidham
President/Broker
David Stidham, Owner/Broker, brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate and property management industries. David oversees Crye*Leike Gulf Coast Real Estate and Flip Flop Vacations. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, his career began at a large regional bank and a private mortgage banking firm, leading to his current role as a partner and owner of an independent real estate brokerage.
Licensed as a realtor and broker in both Alabama and Florida, David has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in managing real estate transactions and vacation rentals. He currently serves as Broker for Crye-Leike Gulf Coast Real Estate & Flip Flop Vacations.
In 2003, David, his wife, and their family relocated to the Alabama Gulf Coast to embrace the laid-back coastal lifestyle. They now reside in Gulf Shores, where they enjoy the local wildlife and the natural beauty of the area.
