The main bedroom boasts a king-size bed with direct views of the bay, while the other three bedrooms each feature cozy queen beds. With stunning bay views from both the open-concept living area and the primary bedroom, you'll enjoy peaceful, scenic moments throughout your stay. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs, with seating for two at the bar and an additional four at the dining table. There's also a tall table in the living room that seats four, perfect for casual dining or board games.

One of the highlights of the Flip Flop Bay House is its private pool, overlooking the calm waters of Perdido Bay.

For added convenience, the home includes a full-sized washer and dryer, as well as a covered deck balcony where you can sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or unwind in the evening to the vibrant colors of the sunset. Downstairs, you'll find a relaxing hammock, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach, kayaks for your adventures, and a BBQ grill for outdoor dining.

The secluded location offers a true escape, with scenic views and plenty of opportunities to reconnect with nature. While pets are welcome at the Flip Flop Bay House, they must be registered, and a pet fee of $150 per dog (up to 2 dogs) will be charged separately after booking.

For those who want to venture out, the home is a 30-minute drive from Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, providing easy access to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. While Uber and Lyft are available, please note that rideshare prices may be higher due to the home's remote location.

*Minimum age of 25 years is required to reserve, and the guest must be present for the entire stay. Proof of age is required.
*A signed rental agreement is mandatory.
*PETS are permitted as long as you have registered and paid appropriate pet fees. 2-dog maximum.
*This is a non-smoking property, including the interior, balconies, and all premises.
*Garbage day is Tuesday, and someone will handle the trash bins for you.
