As you step into this condo, you'll be greeted by comfortable furnishings and soothing colors that create a relaxing atmosphere. The open living area features wide, unobstructed views of the beach and Gulf, offering a perfect setting for unwinding after a day of sun and sand. Whether you're sharing stories about the day's beach adventures or enjoying a movie on the big-screen TV, this space is designed for comfort and enjoyment.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, making it easy to prepare and enjoy local seafood or any other meals you desire. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats your guests, providing a convenient spot for meals together.

The main bedroom is a serene retreat featuring a king bed, a private bath with a jetted tub, and a separate walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also features a king bed and is serviced by a hall-access bathroom. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room includes a sleeper sofa.

For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located within the condo, allowing you to keep your vacation wardrobe fresh and clean.

Palacio offers a range of on-site amenities to enhance your stay, including an outdoor pool, a lap pool, a hot tub, exercise facilities, and BBQ grills. Whether you're looking to relax by the pool or cook up a delicious meal on the grill, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

The popular Flora-Bama is just a little over five miles west, offering a lively atmosphere and great food. There is a $75.00 non-refundable resort fee set by the HOA and is subject to change without notice.  
*Minimum age of 25 years is required to reserve, and the guest must be present for the entire stay. Proof of age is required.
*A signed rental agreement is mandatory.
*No pets are allowed.
*This is a non-smoking property, including the interior, balconies, and all premises.

Parking: Parking passes for 2 vehicles are included in the cost of the reservation; only 2 vehicles are allowed. Please note that the HOA sets the cost of parking passes and is subject to change without notice. Additional parking for other vehicles/trailers/ etc. will need to be arranged off-site and is not included in the rental pricing.
There is a key fob required to access the amenities. If the key fob is lost, the HOA will charge a $100 replacement fee.
